I understand that I am responsible for the remaining months’ rent on my lease, as well as advertising for a replacement tenant. Also, I understand that the relet fee, per my lease, will need to be paid to Robinson Rental. This will be deducted from my security deposit on file or, if no deposit is on file, a check for the relet fee will need to be paid with the submission of this form.

I acknowledge that it is my responsibility to advertise my apartment, and email Robinson Rental with copies of my advertisement- including any photos that I may use. I will advertise the apartment for the rent amount approved by Robinson Rental management.

First Night Evanston

It's Evanston's family friendly New Year's Eve party, and you're invited! Bring the whole family from kids to teens to adults!

On Dec. 31, afternoon children's activities will be held at venues such as First United Methodist Church from 1-4 pm and all other evening activities will take place in venues surrounding Raymond Park at Chicago Ave. and Grove Street including the Music Institute of Chicago, First Congregational Church, First Presbyterian Church, from 7 pm to midnight. You'll have your choice of dozens of musical performances, social dancing, a story slam, poetry, dance bands and a fantastic teen extravaganza, too.
